Solutions Engineer

I'm working with one of the largest credit unions, looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team! Location: Hybrid in Hampton Roads, VADuration: 3-6 month contract to hire About this role:Partner with business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, InfoSec, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.Translate project requests, tickets, and business initiatives into actionable implementation plans and technical documentation.Evaluate how new applications, platforms, and vendor solutions integrate into the existing enterprise environment.Work directly with vendors to gather technical specifications, implementation steps, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing details, and integration requirements.Assist in creating architecture diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation when vendors do not provide sufficient detail. Experience:4+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or related solutions-focused role.Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.Experience working across multiple enterprise systems, applications, and integrations.Comfortable participating in technical discussions involving APIs and integrations, cloud environments, infrastructure dependencies, system interactions, and solution architecture conceptsExperience within financial services, banking, or enterprise environments is a plus.Interested?
