Guidance, Navigation & Control Sr Engineer
Overview
As a GNC Modeling & Simulation engineer, you design and validate complex simulations that drive weapon system development. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build 6-DOF missile and sensor models, integrating MATLAB, C++, and real hardware in test environments. You’ll analyze performance in challenging scenarios and support HWIL and program reviews, shaping advances in aerospace technology. This role combines mission-focused work with collaborative innovation in a classified setting.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and document model and simulation requirements and architectureDevelop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations (e.g., missile 6-DOF, effects-based simulations)Evaluate system performance against requirements in complex scenariosPerform critical studies, analyses, and test activitiesSupport ground and flight test efforts including Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)Assist program reviews and technical interchange meetings with leadership and customers
