Role: Adobe Business AnalystLocation: Owings Mills, MD (3x hybrid)Duration: 12 monthsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign and the broader Adobe Experience ecosystem. This role will support both an existing backlog of enhancements and implementation work, as well as a major upgrade initiative moving from Adobe Campaign v7 to v8 within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This is a data heavy project, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable specifications.Key Projects:Existing Backlog: Enhancements, implementation work, and ongoing operational needs.Adobe Campaign Upgrade: Migration from v7 to v8, including data mapping, validation, and integration support within AEP.Top Required Skills:5–7 years of Business Analyst experience.Requirements gathering.Sponsorship and stakeholder management.Writing detailed technical specifications.Strong Data Analysis skills, including gathering and documenting data requirements.Hands on experience with Manual Testing and UAT, including test case creation and execution.Deep experience with Adobe products, especially:o Adobe Campaign (most critical)o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).Nice to Have:Experience with Adobe Federated Audience Composition.Strong background in ETL and Data Modeling, with preference for candidates familiar with: Informatica/SnapLogic.
