(Yes, even Antarctica!)View our 2025 Year in Review here.The Team Our Civil Engineering teams focus on site and infrastructure design, including leading projects such as the 16th Street Mall redesign in Denver.ResponsibilitiesAssists in conceptual design.Assists in fee determination and proposal preparation.Fills out Project Setup Forms and reviews/fills out work authorizations.Establishes a QA/QC plan for each project.Acts as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development.Attends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction.Follows up on collection of account receivables.RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.Min 7 years' experience in site developmentHas a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Kansas or the ability to obtain one within three monthsMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Ability to work in the Kansas City area.
