This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting internal controls, and partnering cross‐functionally to ensure smooth financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure proper coding and approvals in accordance with company policyPrepare and execute payment runsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized documentation to support audit readinessAssist with AP accrual preparation under direction of accounting leadershipSupport month‐end close activities related to accounts payableRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationshipsPartner with department leaders to ensure accurate expense codingIdentify process improvement opportunities within the AP functionManage vendor onboarding process and coordinate with legal and IT to ensure policies are followed and mitigate risk to the companyManage 1099 tax filingsPrepare monthly bank reconciliationsImplement Ramp procurement tool & help manage corporate credit card programQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2 to 4 years of accounts payable or accounting support experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with accounting principles and internal controlsExperience with ERP systems preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAccessibility & Work EnvironmentINNERGY is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible work environment.
