Banquet Chef

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in the hospitality industry. *Duties* - Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards - Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Assist in menu planning and development - Oversee kitchen operations during banquet events - Collaborate with the catering team to deliver exceptional dining experiences *Skills* - Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or banquet setting - Knowledge of kitchen management and food handling procedures - Familiarity with inventory management practices - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Overtime pay Ability to Commute: Avon, OH 44011 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Avon, OH 44011: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
