Production Operator

What do you bring? High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Prior manufacturing experience (Preferred) Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts. Flexibility to rotate between day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and night shift (7:30 PM to 7:30 AM) every four (4) weeks. Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors Flexibility regarding work hours and shifts Dependable and punctual Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic production related issues Ability to adapt to changing production demands and tasks Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality in production. The national pay range for this position is $20.78- $26.08 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 1% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $52,000.00 to $56,000.00.
