In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment .If you have a passion for automation, troubleshooting equipment, and warehouse operations , and enjoy solving technical problems, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in logistics and supply chain automation .Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systemsTroubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issuesPerform basic maintenance and system recovery tasksClear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the systemSupport continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptimeCollaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performanceQualifications1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and climb for extended periodsCapable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working at heights up to 80-100 feetAble to work in varying warehouse temperaturesWork includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to-10°F )Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systemsWhy WITRON?Innovative Environment: Be at the forefront of technology with WITRON's advanced automated material handling system.Continuous Growth: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with ample opportunities for career development and advancement.Competitive Benefits: WITRON values employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
