Some early mornings and some evenings to align with clinic hours. Our clinic uses force plates, advanced recovery technology, and progressive programming to get patients back to their sport faster and more durably than anywhere else.We're growing fast and we need a sharp operator to help us scale.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're hiring an Operations Manager to run the front lines of our clinic. This is not a desk job. You'll own patient experience, lead conversion, scheduling, day-to-day operations, and the systems that keep our clinic running at full capacity.You'll report directly to Dr. Jaime Mor, founder, and play a direct role in how fast we grow.WHAT YOU'LL OWNPatient Experience Welcome athletes when they walk in. Set the tone, build the vibe, and make every patient feel like they're in the right place.Schedule & Patient Flow Manage the schedule across the clinical team. Fill cancellations, recover no-shows, and keep the clinic at full capacity.Lead Conversion Follow up with patient inquiries that don't book on the first call. Convert them into evaluations and keep our pipeline full.Subscription Sales Sell our wellness and recovery memberships. Help patients understand the value and close them with confidence.Insurance & Patient Support Help patients with superbills, reimbursement, and package questions. Make the financial side feel easy.Systems Management Keep JaneApp, Go High Level, and our backend systems clean so we can track patients and growth accurately.Marketing Execution Post our content on Instagram, send pre-built email campaigns, manage Google Business Profile and reviews, and build relationships with local coaches, trainers, and physicians.Team Coordination Work with our clinical team to keep the operation tight.
