Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant with a focus on real estate law to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our team of experienced attorneys and paralegals on a variety of real estate transactions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our team by managing and executing real estate transactions from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to 4 attorneys in Real Estate Practice 2. Assist the firm's Director of Title Services with closing3. Assist with billing and invoicing4. Case file management and document preparation5. Track attorney expenses and reimbursements6. Prepare and send lettersQualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Real Estate2. A bachelor's degree in preferred but not required3.
