Digital Merchandising Manager

ImpactAs a Digital Merchandising Manager located in Birmingham, AL , you will be responsible for developing and driving strategy for owned businesses or site pages, including merchandising campaigns, promotions, seasonal landing pages, taxonomy, and key product features to drive increased product discovery, engagement, and order volume. While no two days are the same, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product discovery, enhance customer engagement, and maximize revenue growth. You will also play a key role in shaping the digital shopping experience and driving business results through effective merchandising strategies.What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulYou have 3 or more years in digital merchandising or e-commerce industryYou have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital merchandising strategies aligned with business goals. Your vision should encompass category/product assortment planning, promotions, and content presentation to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.You can partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Tech, Partner Teams, and more. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment toward shared objectives.You have proven experience in mentoring and coaching team members and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A customer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping trends will be key drivers of success in this role.You are proficient in measuring and evaluating reporting, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform future planning and campaign optimization to achieve goals.Work ArrangementShipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections.
