Overview As a California-licensed Structural Engineer, you lead seismic and performance-based design for complex vertical-building projects. You’ll serve as Engineer of Record, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence across Jacobs’ California practice. The role blends hands-on design leadership with client engagement and cross-functional collaboration to advance resilient, code-driven solutions. Hybrid work with travel across California enables direct client interaction and project delivery impact. You’ll be pivotal in shaping Jacobs’ seismic practice and mentoring future leaders.
