Vice President of Operations

A client is seeking a transformative Vice President of Operations to shape standards, performance, and culture across its multi-property luxury operations. This leadership role demands over ten years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, overseeing at least three properties and more than 300 rooms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Forbes-rated or Five-Star environments, excelling in complex multi-unit operations with a focus on luxury guest service. Strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a dynamic operational approach are essential. A Bachelors degree is required, with a Masters degree or advanced credentials preferred.
