Located in Tacoma, WA, we focus on being a diligent and creative partner that drives meaningful results.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Learning and Development Specialist for located in WA or OR who can either work remotely or at one of our branches in Portland or Tacoma. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs to support employee growth and business goals. Responsibilities include managing learning management systems, creating instructional content, facilitating workshops, and providing coaching to enhance employee performance and professional development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, measure progress, and continuously improve learning initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in Training & Development and implementing Learning Management systemsExperience in Instructional Design and creating effective training contentStrong Communication skills, including group facilitation and interpersonal effectivenessCoaching skills to support employee performance and growthExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with current training technologies and trends is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
