Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have at least ten years' of professional experience, with a background in senior leadership within education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational transformation, change management, and leading diverse teams. Experience in education, particularly with historically marginalized communities, and a strong understanding of the local education landscape are highly valued.
