The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading economic equity initiatives, strong analytical skills in wage rate monitoring, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on economic equity policy, ensuring compliance with fair wage practices, and building strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and government agencies.
