Following written instructions assembles a variety of components to produce sub-assemblies orfinished product that meet specific print requirements.Qualifications/ Responsibilities Operates production equipment that are already set up and with a defined process Read basic blueprints and mechanical assembly drawings Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Accurately perform measurement tasks utilizing measurement devices such as calipers,micrometers, etc Follows all cGMP manufacturing requirements including accurately completing all necessarydocumentation associated with production Observes all safety rules and regulations including the wearing of protective equipment whenrequired. Is capable of assembling devices containing small parts Prints labels and packages a variety of products or sub-assemblies following establishedprocedures. Must be willing and able to work all scheduled overtime. Must be able to work at established production rates, demonstrate good hand/eyecoordination and manual dexterity. Must be willing and able to continually rotate through a variety of manufacturing processes,performing all types of tasks in a cell/team environment. Communicates with the other shifts, the status of parts, equipment, and any other matters thatmight have an impact on their job. May perform final pack duties as assigned/required Sustains and maintains 5S standards and all continuous improvement activities. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned Must have basic understanding of computersRequirements 0-3 years’ experience, preferably in a mechanical assembly operation. Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per day, ability to move about, bends, stoops, useshands and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
