Gastroenterology Physician

Large Private Practice location on the West Coast of FloridaVery busy collegial Group practiceThe clinic is attached to the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Group is on staff at one hospitalCall 1:4 weeks. New GI will come in as an associate on a base salary with productivity bonus and then transition to a partner with no buy-in once 3 conditions are met:Employed as an associate for at least 12 monthsIn rolling 12 months you achieve 60% of the median WRVU totals for all GH Florida gastroenterologists.Partnership will be discussed after one year Once you re a partner you get full equity that is split with all of the partners in the ancillaries of your practice the radiology, the pathology, pharmacy and infusions. This is all with no buy-in. After you re a partner you can also be eligible to buy in to shares of the practice at fair market value, and at that point you can get ancillary income from the practice as well as the anesthesiology. (They employ the CRNAs).
