Assistant Property Manager
ARBOR CAMP — PART-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER (HOSPITALITY + PROPERTY)Arbor Camp is a family-founded and owned collection of cabins and treehouses set on 30 wooded acres along the Union River in Ellsworth, offering beautiful, luxurious accommodations at a premium price point. Since opening in July 2025, we have received over 100 reviews on all platforms, with not a single rating below five stars. We hold ourselves to the highest possible standards when it comes to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for someone to help us oversee the day-to-day experience for guests and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role, not a corporate one. You’ll be involved in the real, daily operation of the property—working closely with us (the owners) and learning how outstanding hospitality is delivered from the ground up.Responsibilities:Communicating with guests before, during, and after staysCoordinating cabin and treehouse cleanings, turnovers, and suppliesChecking cabins between stays to ensure everything is properly cleaned, placed, and organized Helping maintain hot tubs, firewood, and general readiness of the propertyCoordinating with cleaners + maintenance staff when neededHandling guest needs and time-sensitive issues with kindness and professionalismKeeping an overall eye on the property and guest experienceYou won’t be hired as a cleaner/maintenance tech, but you should be willing to step in when needed and be willing to learn and understand how and why everything is done. We are very involved owners and will train you directly.Details:Part-time, year-round~15-20 hours/week$25–$35/hour depending on experienceMost weekends and occasional on-call availability requiredQualifications:2–3 years of experience in hospitality, lodging, restaurants, or a related service-focused role (strongly preferred, not required)Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and organizationClear, professional, and friendly communication with guestsAble to coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staffReliable, accountable, and able to work independentlyCalm and solution-oriented when handling issuesWilling to be hands-on and step in where neededFlexible availability (weekends and occasional on-call)Local or able to reliably commuteA high school diploma or equivalent is required.
