Our mission is to ***help clients look and feel their best through personalized, high-quality aesthetic treatments delivered in a modern, welcoming environment.Position Overview:Evolve Med Spa is seeking a Virtual Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads generated by our marketing team into booked services, consults and completed sales. You will engage with prospective clients virtually—via phone, text, email, and chat—to educate them on our services, providers, treatments and payment options while delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects Evolve’s high standards of care.This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter with strong sales instincts, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to inbound leads from the CRM and other marketing channels.Nurture prospective clients through multiple touchpoints (calls, texts, emails, and chats).Build rapport, understand client goals, and recommend appropriate services and providers.Convert leads into booked consultations or services and completed sales.Manage follow-ups with potential and existing clients to maximize conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM and/or Hyperconnect (client communication portal).Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Director of Center Operations, marketing team, and in-center staff to ensure smooth handoffs and an excellent client experience.Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.Stay knowledgeable about Evolve’s menu of services, current promotions, and staff expertise.Participate in virtual team meetings and occasional in-person center visits for training or collaboration.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, call center, or customer service (medical spa or aesthetic industry experience a plus).Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfort using CRM platforms and digital communication tools.Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our Evolve Med Spa centers (NYC, NJ, MD, or PA) for occasional on-site work or training.Compensation & Benefits:Hybrid: Virtual/Remote with Occasional In-Center Time)Location: Within commuting distance to one of our centers in NY, NJ, MD, or PA (for a list of our locations, visit our website at evolvemedspa.com)Compensation: $25/hrReports to: Director of SalesBase pay: $25/hourMedical Benefits, PTO, and 401 (k) optionsTraining and ongoing professional developmentOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding, award-winning Company!Great Perks including Employee discounts on treatments and products!
