Job Description Job Summary:The Medical Assistant supports efficient customer flow in a clinical setting and assists healthcare providers in the delivery of individualized care across all age groups. Responsibilities include standard clinical duties such as rooming patients, administering immunizations and medications, collecting lab specimens, and supporting front desk operations. The role involves collaborative work with providers, nurses, and clinic leadership while maintaining compliance with state medical guidelines and North Memorial Health standards.Key Responsibilities:Assist with patient intake, rooming, and clinical procedures.Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed.Support lab work, phlebotomy, and x-ray duties (as applicable).Provide front desk, scheduling, and communication support.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.Collaborate with the care team to meet patient and clinic goals.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.Medical Assistant certification and current BLS certification.Company DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
