DescriptionThe Field Marketing Specialist is a strategic thinker and execution powerhouse responsible for Pathify's presence at 75+ annual in-person events, ranging from small regional trade shows to sprawling marquee conferences. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this individual serves as the primary driver for Pathify's event-based revenue, owning the event lifecycle from sponsorship to teardown. This is not a purely logistical role. The Field Marketing Specialist is expected to translate event investment into measurable pipeline impact. They are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet tracking budgets and at a conference booth talking with customers and prospects.This role requires developing strong relationships across the organization and a desire to support our Sales and Account Management teams. The Field Marketing Specialist must be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for attendees while being an ambassador for the Pathify brand. The Field Marketing Specialist is also responsible for maintaining our inventory of promotional materials and swag, managing our Golden, Colorado, storage unit and ensuring timely shipping of materials to event locations. The Field Marketing Specialist must be based in the Denver Metro area and able to travel up to 30% of the time.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Evaluate conference and sponsorship opportunities — researching audience fit and alignment with pipeline goals — and make attendance recommendationsSelect event materials — banners, tablecloths, signage and sales enablement assets — identifying gaps and overseeing production when neededConfirm event roster and serve as the primary logistics owner for attendees: travel, accommodations, on-site coverage schedule and attireOwn end-to-end event setup — Asana board, Slack channels, Google Drive folders, internal brief, SFDC campaign and calendar invites — from the moment attendance is confirmedManage all communications with conference coordinators, tracking deliverables, deadlines and contract obligationsCoordinate booth shipping and delivery across all events, including hand-carry and storage unit inventory management at our Golden, Colorado, facilityOrder booth signage, swag, furniture, equipment, roster attire and giveaway itemsDesign and execute the lead capture process for each event, ensuring the roster is trained on best practices while ensuring data hygiene in SalesforceCoordinate with sales and prospecting teams on post-event follow-up cadences, providing event-specific messaging and booth conversation summariesPartner closely with Sales to align event goals, share relevant attendee intelligence and amplify event ROISkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCompetencies:Humility: a strong belief that Sales is your customerA strategic mindset paired with an obsessive attention to detail — equally comfortable setting direction and executing on itStrong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, on-brand event copy (emails, booth messaging)Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritizing effectively under deadline pressureProactive communicator who surfaces issues early and drives cross-functional alignment Demonstrated drive to deliver experiences that go beyond the expectedDemonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementA team-first focus with a strong ROI orientationTrust, positivity, patience and a desire to learn and have funAbility to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications, marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.Education, Experience and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in event planning and/or field marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environmentDemonstrated experience owning event strategy: sponsorship evaluation, audience targeting and promotional campaign executionDemonstrated experience owning event execution: coordinating travel, ordering booth materials, setting up, working the booth, etc. Salesforce proficiency preferredExperience with HubSpot preferredAbility to travel up to 30% of the timeComfort managing budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating with vendorsExperience managing or mentoring junior team members a plusStart-up professional experience a mustBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursementVision insurance
