Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob DescriptionPrepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner. Meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility. You will work at a table of 4-6 people, taking a “stack” of documents, removing all obstructions like paper clips and staples, keeping the stack neat, and putting it back in totes for scanning to digital. First Shift (Mon - Fri 6:30am - 2:30pm EST) - 7 Open Spots. Second Shift (Mon - Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm EST) - 6 Open Spots. Timekeeping is done through VMS.
