Appliance Field Service Technician Trainee

Technicians get units operating by following basic operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies and inventory; calling manufacturers for technical assistance. Documenting service actions by completing paperless forms. We will commit to the right candidate a 4-month hands-on training process from the first day on the job. During that training process the candidate will receive $18 to $19 per hour based on mechanical skillset, a company issued Silverado truck stocked with fast moving replacement parts, a cell phone for company use, and a laptop to remain paperless. The second phase of the candidate’s employment, they will move into a salary of $40k annually plus 8% commission on all their repair work. Dick Van Dyke Inc. also awards technicians with a $500 monthly bonus based off performance and achievement.
