Job DescriptionAdvance Your Career!Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a 1st Shift Grinder in Fridley, MN!Summary:Operators are responsible for setting up and maintaining centerless grinding machines to grind precision bar stock and machine components to the required specifications.Job Duties:Set up and operate grinding machines, including Cincinnati LR220-8 and Royal Master TG12x4.Perform bowl feeder setup and operation.Apply knowledge of grinding wheels, materials, and processes for aerospace and medical applications.Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification compliance.Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve machine, process, and material issues.Replace worn or damaged components such as grinding wheels or blades.Shift Schedule: 1st Monday-ThursdayHours: 5:30AM-4:00PMPay: $30+/Hr.Benefits offered by Advance Services include:We are proud to offer comprehensive benefits to our employees, enhancing overall work experience.
