Description
The Charleston Metro Chamber is seeking a part-time Video Producer & Photographer to support marketing and communications efforts through high-quality visual content. This role focuses on capturing and producing video and photography that reflects the Chamber’s work, people and impact across events, programs, member engagement and leadership activities. The Video Producer & Photographer will work from established creative direction and collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the Chamber’s brand and communication goals. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can shoot, edit and deliver polished content for digital, social and promotional use.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Video Production
Shoot and edit high-quality video content for Chamber events, social media and campaigns.
Produce, film and edit the Chamber’s bi-weekly video series with the President & CEO, Do You Have a Minute?
Capture b-roll and interviews at events, meetings and as needed.
Edit videos for multiple platforms, including social media, website and email.
Photography
Capture professional photos and videos during Chamber events and programs
Take headshots of Chamber staff
Shoot photos for collateral purposes
Edit and deliver photos in a timely manner, following brand guidelines
Content Management & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing team to align visuals with brand strategy
Maintain organized digital files and archives of photo and video assets
Ensure all content meets Chamber brand standards and quality expectations

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in video production and photography.
Proficiency with video editing software (ie. Adobe Premier Pro, Capcut)
Proficiency with photo editing software (ie. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of lighting, audio, composition and storytelling.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
