Norwood Social Co. is looking for a business development lead to help grow our client roster across Nashville.We’re a fast-growing social + digital marketing agency working with brands across hospitality, wellness, fashion, restaurants, med spas, lifestyle, and founder-led businesses.This role is commission-only with uncapped earning potential. The more business you bring in, the more you make. You would be responsible for:Bringing in qualified leadsSetting meetingsMaking introductionsHelping build local partnershipsAttending networking events when neededYou do NOT need deep marketing experience — personality, hustle, confidence, and relationship-building matter much more to us.Huge plus if you have connections in:HospitalityMed spas/wellnessReal estateRestaurantsFounder/startup communitiesLuxury/lifestyle brandsFlexible schedule.
