With a flexible remote option and minimal travel requirements, this position is perfect for those seeking a dynamic and challenging engineering management role.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical leader to develop scope of work, plan schedules, and monitor engineering activities.Interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Customers, and Engineering sub-contractors.Manage cross-functional engineering teams to master risks and opportunities.Provide technical guidance to Project Management and internal engineering teams.Evaluate financial and schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes.Enforce quality procedures and participate in their improvement.Lead and facilitate total project solutions across all product lines.RequirementsBachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or a related STEM program.Minimum of 6 years of related industry experience with increasing responsibilities.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.PreferencesTechnical superior training with experience in project/team management in the energy field.Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical codes and compliance.Experience with turbo machinery, generators, or power plant accessory systems.Previous experience with Client systems is preferred but not required.Ready to take the next step in your career?
