Bring your Engineering, Procurement and Constructions expertise as youLead the partnering activities for very complex Turnkey deals in their respective region working with the regional Sales/ Commercial, EPC strategic accounts and Technical Integration teams from the pre-ITO.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Identify / Evaluate / Qualify / Develop New Partner For Future Turnkey Opportunities (Off Season) You Will Lead The Cross-functional Stakeholders Of Key Project Functions ToDevelop operating rhythm with Sales, Market Intelligence and other relevant functions to identify future opportunities, EPC channels, EPC Capacity assessments and setting up plan to ensure availability of reliable EPC Channels & Partners in area assigned. Assess potential EPC Partner's capability across Safety, Compliance (KYP), Quality Management Plan, Engineering, C&C, project management, planning/scheduling, financial healthDevelop mitigation plan for identified Capacity & Capability gaps, Communicate in a timely manner with all stakeholder and ensure successful completion of each program.Negotiate Consortium Agreement terms, scope/DOR (division of responsibilities) and other execution principalsReport out on qualification resultsUpdate salesforce.com & other associated platformsEPC Screening, Shortlisting and Selection (Pre-R1)Shortlist and rank potential qualified EPC's able to fulfill the project requirements by re-assessing SQDC , based on EPC qualification and/or past or current OTR performance including developing a country specific project execution strategyReview and agree on assessment with project management and sales to select EPC PartnerDefining the EPC Partner Market price and alignment with EPCProposal Development and Negotiations (R1-R2/BAFO-R3)Own & Lead internal and external alignments on Consortium Agreement & its associated Appendices including agreeing on timeline to agree and sign all required documents before Bid submission.Initiate project specific consortium agreement package & manage internal and external alignment needsObtain winning price from commercial teamSupport delivery of a timely should cost analysisParticipate in internal & external project reviews, including but not limited to ITR Risk, EPC I&P , PRB, SLRFinalize Consortium Agreement and associated technical documents (in conjunction with functions) before Bid submission with least risk to the businessTimely update all necessary documentations in necessary platforms including partnering strategy decksParticipate in Handover of project to OTR TeamProject Execution (Post R3)Work with cross-functional team to assess EPC performance and maintain score cardSupport Project Manager in EPC Issue Resolution when neededUpdate EPC Partner capabilities based on project performanceRequired QualificationsDegree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.5 + years of experience in Project Management working with EPC PartnerDesired CharacteristicsGood understanding of EPC industry and prioritiesExperience working with various contracting structures specifically Consortium PartnershipsAdvance knowledge of Heavy Duty project and execution risksSome Project/program Management and cross functional management experience highly preferredStrong communication planning & Stakeholder management & Business negotiations skillsGood Financial acumenWillingness to travel up to 15% regionally & globallyAdditional InformationGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
