Title: Traveling Personal AssistantSalary: $100,000 - $130,000 p.a.Start: ASAPTiger Recruitment is looking for an organized and discreet Traveling Personal Assistant to support a busy executive with personal, administrative, and travel-related tasks. The role requires frequent international travel, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing logistics, schedules, and personal matters while on the road. Deep knowledge and familiarity with London is preferred. Responsibilities:Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itinerariesBook flights, hotels, restaurants, and ground transportationPrepare detailed travel schedules and contingency plansPack/unpack assistance and travel preparationHandle last-minute travel changesManage calendars, meetings, and appointmentsScreen emails and correspondencePrepare documents, itineraries, and reportsRun errands and manage personal tasksHandle reservations, gifts, and personal eventsAssist with shopping or lifestyle managementAccompany the principal during travel for two-week periodsEnsure schedules run smoothlyResolve unexpected issues quicklyManage bookings and logistics in real timeQualifications:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Willingness to travel frequently internationallyFully vaccinatedCollege degreeExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to work flexible hoursValid passport and ability to travel on short noticeTech proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, travel apps)Experience supporting high-net-worth individualsEvent planning experienceMultilingual skills are a plus
