What You'll DoYour purpose is to bring comfort, dignity, and joy into every resident's day.Daily responsibilities include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and mealtime support.Creating safe, clean, and nurturing spaces through light housekeeping and laundry support.Encouraging residents to engage socially, emotionally, and physically in ways that bring them joy.Upholding privacy, dignity, and respect in every interaction.Following infection control standards and safety protocols to protect both residents and team members.Documenting care tasks accurately and reporting changes to the Wellness Team.????What You'll BringA heart for service and patience for others.Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.Basic computer and communication skills.A positive attitude and willingness to complete all Title 22 RCFE training requirements.Upon hire, you must complete:State Criminal Background ClearanceLIC 508 Criminal Record StatementLIC 503 Health Screening Report????
