This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make an immediate impactKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production schedules within ERP/MRP systems to support manufacturing operationsEnsure schedules align with material availability, quality release status, and production readinessCollaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement teams to coordinate production activitiesMonitor and communicate risks such as material shortages, equipment downtime, and scheduling conflictsAdjust schedules in response to deviations, priority changes, and operational constraintsSupport S&OP and capacity planning processesMaintain accurate planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, and batch sizesEnsure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality standardsParticipate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain coordination in a manufacturing environmentExperience working in a regulated industry (GMP, FDA, ISO)Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis)Solid understanding of supply chain methodologies (MRP, Lean, TOC, S&OP)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred:APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or combination product manufacturingExposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) and change managementLean or continuous improvement experience
