Production Supervisor Job Description Overview We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Los Angeles, CA, 90024. The ideal candidate will have experience in building incentive-based rates for production, continuous improvement, high-level operations analysis, foundry environment experience, budgeting/forecasting experience, and ISO 9001 certification.Responsibilities Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to drive efficiency and productivityLead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce wasteConduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsUtilize foundry environment experience to ensure safe and efficient production operationsManage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet production goals and financial targetsMaintain ISO 9001 certification standards and ensure compliance in all production activitiesQualifications Proven experience in building incentive-based rates for productionDemonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiativesStrong background in high-level operations analysisPrior experience working in a foundry environmentProficiency in budgeting and forecasting processesISO 9001 certification experience preferredYou should be proficient in:Building Incentive Based Rates for ProductionContinuous ImprovementHigh-level Operations AnalysisFoundry Environment ExperienceBudgeting / Forecasting ExperienceISO 9001 Certification ExperienceMachines & technologies you'll use:ERP SoftwareSalary info:$31 - $36 / hr
