IT Recruiter (Worldwide Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Worldwide Remote Recruiter with a proven track record supporting MSP (Managed Service Provider) recruiting programs in fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter who thrives on metrics, SLAs, and delivering consistent placement wins across U.S.-based clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting within MSP/VMS environments for contract and direct-hire rolesSource, screen, and submit qualified candidates through MSP tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, and similar platformsMaintain strong SLA compliance, including submission turnaround times, quality scores, and interview-to-hire ratiosPartner closely with hiring managers, MSP program offices, and internal stakeholdersTrack and report recruiting metrics including placements, win rates, submittal-to-interview ratios, and fill timesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume, time-sensitive requisitionsEnsure compliance with client, MSP, and internal recruiting policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum requirement)2-7 years professional experienceDemonstrated experience working with MSP/VMS programs (required)Hands-on experience with Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or other major MSP toolsProven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environmentDocumented history of strong placement performance, win statistics, and SLA complianceFluency in spoken and written EnglishStrong understanding of American workplace culture and hiring expectationsAbility to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST)Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting across IT, professional services, engineering, or enterprise rolesPrior experience supporting U.S.-based enterprise or government clientsStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate research toolsWhat We OfferFully remote, global work environmentOpportunity to work with U.S.-based enterprise clientsPerformance-driven culture with measurable impact
