The Youth Program Manager will oversee the development, delivery, and management of youth-focused programs, including designing curricula, coordinating activities, and ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment for participants. xywuqvp The role also includes building relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders, managing program logistics, and maintaining alignment with the mission and goals of Made Institute. Qualifications Proficiency in sewing and patternmaking skills Skills in Program Management and Program Development Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to foster positive relationships with youth and community partners Strong organizational and leadership abilities Experience in the fashion or creative education industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Social Work, or a related field preferred Previous experience working with diverse communities and youth programs
