Data runs on STACK.The PositionThe Prefab Offsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of offsite fabrication and modular construction activities supporting multi-phase, campus-scale data center projects. This role focuses on the coordination of design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, and testing of prefabricated systems to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while meeting high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate has a background in electrical or mechanical assembly, with experience supporting skidded, modular, or pre-assembled systems in a fast-paced production or construction environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the execution of manufactured and prefabricated components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and schedulesCoordinate fabrication activities across multiple vendors, integrators, and internal project teamsSupport high-quality execution and delivery of complex offsite fabrication scopes through the full project lifecycleEnsure contract deliverables are met through regular coordination, reporting, and schedule updatesSupport supply chain, fabrication, integration, testing, quality, and commissioning coordination effortsTrack fabrication progress, ROJ dates, testing milestones, and shipment readinessIdentify and escalate risks associated with manufacturing schedules, logistics, or technical scopePrepare regular status updates and reports for project and leadership teamsCollaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operationsSupport preparation of project documentation, schedules, and execution plansOther duties as assignedThe DetailsLocation: Hybrid / Remote with travel to fabrication facilities and project sitesBenefits: Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Leave ProgramsTravel: Domestic travel required, up to 25%Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass comprehensive background and drug screeningMust-have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (preferred)5–8 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, modular fabrication, or mission-critical facilitiesExperience supporting skidded, modular, or pre-assembled electrical or mechanical systemsFamiliarity with production, manufacturing, and logistics workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholdersCompensation Range$125,350.00 - $139,150.00This Might Be Right For You IfYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
