Sales Representative (BDR)
Role OverviewWe’re in hyper-growth mode and looking for highly driven, execution-focused people who are ready to own the full sales cycle.You will own the full sales cycle: from lead sourcing and outreach, to booking meetings, follow-ups, and closing $10k–$50k contracts.You’ll work with company-provided leads, but you’re also expected to proactively source your own prospects and build long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and qualify prospects via Event, Email, LinkedIn, and outbound channelsConduct outreach using company leads and book demo / intro meetingsHit weekly and monthly revenue targetsManage and update the CRM pipeline with consistent follow-upsCollect client feedback, handle objections, and support delivery to drive renewals and satisfactionCollaborate with Marketing and Product to refine pitch decks, scripts, and lead-gen strategiesTranslate customer needs into insights to help iterate product, service, and solutionsRequirementsHighly execution-driven and self-motivatedClear, confident communicatorStrong written and spoken EnglishProactive personality; comfortable with cold outreachThrives in a fast-paced startup environment and handles pressure wellInterested in AI, SaaS, SEO, and growth toolsNice to HaveExperience in Sales, BD, SDR/BDR, or Customer SuccessFamiliar with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpotStartup experience or full-cycle deal ownershipKnowledge of SEO/GEO, Google Ads, or AI search logic (e.g., ChatGPT search behavior)CompensationBase: $4,000–$5,500 / month (based on experience)Commission: UncappedEquity: $20k–$50k in equity incentives, based on performance within the first 3 monthsHotel subsidy during first weekLunch and dinner allowance on workdaysTransportation allowance for overtimeHoliday events and team activitiesCareer GrowthClear path: Sales Rep → Sales Lead → Head of SalesGEO/SEO products are easy to sell with fast ROIJoin a company scaling from 1 → 10 and move quickly into core leadershipBuild a powerful business network in the Bay Area
