About The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to manage and grow relationships with mid-size customers across the United States. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipeline, and can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts across the U.S.Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, channels, and referralsManage the full sales cycle including discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and closingBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accountsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account activity within CRMCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success and seamless handoffsMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, PaaS, or technology sales / Account Executive roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneouslyStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with excellent organizational and time management skillsExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredPreferred ExperienceExperience in SaaS, technology, or business services salesExperience selling into mid-size organizationsExperience conducting remote sales across multiple U.S. regionsWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleSuccess in this role means consistently driving revenue growth while building strong customer relationships across a mid-market territory.
