Property Control Representative

Position OverviewThe Property Control Representative is responsible for managing warehouse storage and maintaining accurate records of property, equipment, and materials. This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient inventory and asset management operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of property, equipment, and materialsTrack and report inventory levels, asset movements, and disposalsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to property controlConduct regular audits and inspections to verify accuracy and completeness of recordsIdentify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or surplus assetsSupport warehouse storage and inventory control operationsCollaborate with internal teams and government property representatives as neededGenerate reports and perform data analysis to support business decisionsDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyPerform additional duties as assignedRequired SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with property or inventory management systemsPreferred SkillsPrior experience working with government property or regulated environmentsExperience with process improvement initiativesRequired Experience2+ years of experience in warehouse management, property control, or a related fieldExperience maintaining inventory and asset tracking systemsExperience supporting audits and compliance activitiesEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a warehouse environmentCompensation & Benefits (SCA Role)This position is governed by the Service Contract Act (SCA)Eligible for standard SCA benefits, including:Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysHealth & Welfare (H&W) benefits (or applicable cash-in-lieu if benefits are not elected)Work EnvironmentMaintain a regular and predictable work scheduleFoster a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environmentEEO StatementEOE (including Disability/Veterans)
