*** No C2C ****** USC & GC ****** W-2 Only ***JOB DESCRIPTION:Onsite Service Technician supporting large medical facility. M-F work shift. Delivery and installation of printer supplies, maintains, repairs equipment.Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to Client representatives to coordinate product solution.Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representativesGovernment Background Check Required.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:2 - 5 years experience servicing printers, hard copy devices, or imaging products preferred.Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.Excellent driving recordValid driver’s licenseReliable Transportation RequiredSound administrative & computer skillsMicrosoft Office Suites is desirableExperience and detailed knowledge of Client devices is desirableAbility to frequently and properly lift 60 poundsSuccessful government background check required.
