Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction.2. Developing comprehensive insurance solutions that address complex risks and large groups.3. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.4. A proven track record as an Account Manager, Client Manager, or similar role in the business insurance industry.2. Experience managing large groups and complex risks.3. A deep understanding of multi-layer insurance solutions.4. Professional certifications such as CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), ARM (Associate in Risk Management), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) are highly desirable.5. Familiarity with AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) marketing principles.6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.9.
