Senior Program Manager

Overview As VP, Program Manager, drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and stakeholders. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, establish governance, and ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech focused on blockchain. You will influence large-scale programs and coordinate client delivery in tandem with the Implementation Manager. This role shapes delivery across the organization and enables scalable, compliant digital money infrastructure.
