Digital Program Manager
Overview:
In this leadership role, you drive the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) function within Cat Digital to advance the Owner's Experience portfolio, including cat.com and dealer websites. You lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum@Scale, and Waterfall frameworks to deliver digital products and services at scale. Responsibilities:
- Lead the EPM team to deliver digital product development milestones per the roadmap
- Plan and monitor program management to meet quality standards
- Define and implement program management processes and cross-functional communications
Key requirements:
- Decision-making knowledge and ability to analyze situations and choose informed options
- Extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and enabling team performance
- Extensive experience in Program Management (planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling) with risk assessment and contingency planning
- Experience with Change Control processes and organizational change management
