Works under the supervision and guidance of a senior level installer. May be able to perform basic tasks unsupervised and unassisted.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, non-exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but the end time may vary to complete the job.Essential Job Functions Always maintains a professional appearance and attitudeMaintains required levels of truck stock itemsProperly use safety equipment daily, to include but not limited to, gloves, back brace, lifting harness, safety glasses and continual observation of surroundings and team membersOn a daily basis clean interior of the vehicle. The vehicle should be kept free of trash, debris, unused food and drink. Vehicle interior should be swept free from excess dirt. Vehicle interior compartments should hold all tools and equipment, keeping floor area free from falling and/or rolling itemsAssist the lead installer with the weekly vehicle inspection reportOperate company vehicle following all safety standards and applicable lawsFollow instructions from the supervisor in a timely mannerImmediately report any problems with company tools or vehicles to the officeWork well with customers, co-workers and other subcontractorsProperly prepare the job site using drop cloths, moving furniture or obstructions and prepare surface areas using floor protectorsClean job site. The job site should be picked up and left in a condition better or equivalent to that as when we arrived. This includes moving all trash and debris, sweeping or vacuuming sites, removing all tools, parts, and equipment.Properly remove all install flexible ductwork per codeProperly support ductwork per codeProperly remove equipment per codeUse and perform workflow process on service software through mobile deviceOther duties as assigned.TravelTravel may be required for training, events, and to and from job sites.
