Front Office Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. *Duties* - Manage and supervise the front desk staff - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests - Conduct night audits as needed - Train front desk staff on hotel procedures and customer service standards *Requirements* - Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations - Ability to work night shifts as required - Strong communication and organizational skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Nights as needed Night shift On call Overnight shift Weekends as needed Experience: Hotel experience: 1 year (Required) Front desk: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Fenton, MO 63026 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fenton, MO 63026: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
