CAD Engineer - Circuit Simulation Methodology

We will utilize your hands-on experience in Custom simulation and/or power EM/IR analysis to define, develop and refine the methodologies and flows.**Description**In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include- Supporting transistor level simulation solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges- Supporting and enhancing the custom transistor level simulation flows and/or EM/IR flows- Collaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes- Partnering with design, CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions**Minimum Qualifications**+ Experience with custom design environment and transistor level circuit simulation+ Proficiency in at least one of programming languages: Python, Perl, C/C++ Minimum requirement of BS + 10 years of relevant industry experience**Preferred Qualifications**+ Hands on experience developing transistor level simulation flows and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance+ Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods+ Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification+ Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement+ Ability to coordinate and drive initiatives with minimum supervisionApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
