As Reception & Office Support for Y.CO Fort Lauderdale, you will be dedicated to representing Y.CO at its best by providing a consistently professional service to guests and team members alike. You will provide general support to key commercial teams operating in the respective office. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating all general office administration as well as keeping premises to an immaculate standard. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs. ABOUT YOU You have excellent communication skills and are fluent English You are highly organized and manage your time effectively You are well presented and consistently maintain a professional attitude You are enthusiastic, approachable and always positive QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Minimum 1 year relevant experience Proficient use of administrative tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel WHY Y.CO?
