LeapWork Test Scripting Specialist

Role: LeapWork Test Scripting SpecialistLocation: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Annapolis, MD & 2 days remote Duration: Long-term (multi-year project) Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)(LeapWork Certification is must)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy automated test scripts using LeapWork.Build test frameworks, test flows, and maintain automation processes.Develop test scenarios, test cases, and detailed documentation.Mentor QA team on LeapWork best practices and support knowledge transfer.Troubleshoot issues, document test results, and create defect logs.Provide guidance on automation strategies and industry best practices.Must Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.LeapWork Test Automation Certification (within the last 3 years).Preferred Skills10+ years of QA experience across diverse IT environments.Hands-on with LeapWork scripting in multiple projects (within last 3 years).Strong exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Silk Test, Rational Functional Tester).Familiarity with ServiceNow or other tracking tools.Solid knowledge of SQL, Web & Desktop applications, and test automation best practices.Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
