Title: Talent Partner Location: Remote Looking for candidate Outside of 75 miles from Tulsa OK Duration: Full Time Perm Hire Shift: Days Shift/Schedule Details: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible option: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) ISalary : 62K annual BaseAdditional Details :ob Summary:The Talent Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.Job Responsibilities:-Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches.-Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.-Processes internal transfer requests.-Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner.-Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.-Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers.-Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer.-Coordinates and attends recruitment events.-Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.-Decision Making: Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.-Working Relationships: Works with internal/external customers.-Works frequently with individuals at director level or above.Required Skills & Experience:-At least one (1) year of related experience.-Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.-Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.-Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment.-Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies.-Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.-Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.Required Education:-Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field.NOte:Experience with Workday preferred Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field. 2+ years of experience required Recruitment/Event Expectations Must be comfortable attending recruitment events Events may include: Evenings Occasional Saturdays Regional travel (Arkansas, Oklahoma City, etc.) Key Soft Skills / Profile Manager is looking for someone who is: A critical thinker and strategic thinker A go-getter/self-starter Outgoing and confident communicating with candidates Comfortable networking and speaking in person Strong communicator Comfortable presenting updates and hiring efforts to senior leadership Able to manage high-volume recruiting environments.
