For more information, visit www.blend360.com.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and collaborative HR Professional to join our People team on a temporary basis to help with immigration and other HR Matters. In this role, you will work within our People team as an Immigration Cooridinator and HR Support as needed.Primarily you will work on:Immigration & Visa SupportServe as the internal subject matter expert on employment-based immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, green card sponsorship, etc.)Coordinate with outside immigration counsel to manage visa petitions, extensions, transfers, and renewalsMaintain accurate immigration case tracking and ensure timely filing of all required documentationAdvise employees and managers on visa status, work authorization timelines, and compliance obligationsEducate HR team and hiring managers on I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification best practicesStay current on USCIS policy updates, regulatory changes, and immigration trends impacting the workforceYou will also support HR Generalist Responsibilities as needed. Qualifications3–7 years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experienceDemonstrated experience managing employment-based immigration processes and working with immigration counselStrong knowledge of I-9 compliance, work authorization categories, and employment eligibility requirementsSolid understanding of federal and state employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and objectivityExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar)PreferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certificationExperience working in a technology, professional services, or multinational organizationFamiliarity with global mobility and international HR programsExperience with green card sponsorship processes (PERM labor certification, I-140)Core CompetenciesBusiness Acumen — understands organizational goals and connects HR strategy to business outcomesRelationship Building — earns trust across all levels of the organizationProblem Solving — approaches challenges analytically and with a solutions-oriented mindsetCultural Awareness — champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practicesCompliance Mindset — maintains high standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory adherenceAdaptability — thrives in ambiguity and evolving business environmentsAdditional InformationThe starting hourly rate for this role is $40 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
